Our Story
After the heartbreak of watching one of our children walk away from the Church—and the deep pain of another struggling so severely that they attempted to take their own life—we found ourselves on our knees, asking the Lord where we had gone wrong. The sorrow in our home was overwhelming. We realized, through much prayer and reflection, that the world had quietly crept into our lives and had begun to shape our family more than the teachings of the gospel had.
We turned to God, pleading for guidance on how to reclaim the light in our home. A dear friend lovingly suggested that we begin re-teaching our family—not just through scripture and the words of the prophets, but through visual stories that could touch the heart. They introduced us to ZionTube, a beautiful platform filled with over 400 uplifting films designed to teach gospel principles in a powerful, relatable way.
We began to include these films in our homeschooling routine. We’d pause often to talk through what we were watching—discussing the trials characters faced, the relationships they nurtured or struggled with, and the Christlike attributes they developed. Then we’d turn to the scriptures, drawing direct parallels and diving deeper into the gospel truths portrayed.
It changed everything.
Our home began to feel different—more peaceful, more centered on Christ. We saw things with new eyes: history, relationships, even our own challenges. Because of this transformation, we felt to help others. As a family we created a series of educational movie courses and companion workbooks—in hopes to help families experience this same renewal. The goal is simple: to offer a way to teach the gospel using a platform (movies) that is acceptable to many and anchored in prophetic truths visually to not forget.
