AUTUMN GARDEN SALSA
If I learned one thing: homemade salsa is so much better than any kind you can find in a store. The best salsa is made with fresh ingredients. This recipe is quick and easy to make in just minutes. Our family loves salsa SO much that every year we have to plant the ingredients for this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
6 Large Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
3 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
6 tbsp. Water
1 tbsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
If you prefer a spicy salsa, you can adjust the level of spice to your liking by simply adding a spicier pepper.
Chop up fresh tomatoes, peppers, and onions.
Add tomatoes, peppers, and onions to a bowl.
Add the Apple Cider Vinegar, water, sugar, salt, basil, garlic salt, and parsley into the bowl. Feel free to add more ingredients, If needed.
This can be eaten immediately and last up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
